As with any growing biotech company, workload can sometimes be intense, and you need to be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pros
Flexibility, A few cool people to work with. Every month someone resigns from this company. Every group leads are great, except the Primary Cell group lead.
Cons
Favoritism and Discrimination. Short term and Chinese speaking employees will receive higher pay. Interns are paid sixty dollars per delivery and per pickup while their logistics department are paid less than half of that per hour. Group leads and management speaks Chinese in front of non Chinese people without any consideration and respect. Primary cell group are the worst. Everyone has extra work to do because of inconsiderate Primary cell group lead. Non-exempt employees works overtime without overtime pay. Cal OSHA and Department of Labor should investigate this company.
