      Salary credit is on time hybrid working

      Cons

      * NO worklife balance, even on weekend and public holiday, we have to work. me and my friends are burnout and so tired.even we have no time for our child. * Very LITTLE increment * Manager doesn't care about your problem and they ask you to work everytime they want! * Crazy pressure * 1 person can be assigned for more 1 project (even my colleague get 5 projects at the same time) * People who know the boss from his previous company are more appreciated even though they don't perform so well * Bad Management

      Salary credit not late Office location not bad Managers not micro manage but then again they dont even care about your problems

      Cons

      Process no clear, everything hand over last minute and got no instructions. KPI is strange one given by mangment evaluasion not fair. Bosses just threat me like a thrash bint leaving all problems for me. Bad welfare, salary not good increment also very very bad yearly. Still a bad company even after purchased by big corporasion.

      Fast paced and stress which must learn fast in short amount of time

      Rush, Rush, Rush without quality check and control Salary is lower than market Working hour is common but need to OT everyday to finish the deadline set by upper level Whole day onsite standby for 16 hour until raise client curiosity
