      Pros

      You will get to work on latest technology. Understanding team and home-like atmosphere. Small team size so you get to learn everything. You would love to work here if you are a coding geek. Mentoring will be provided but only the person with the thirst of technology will survive. No time in and time out i.e flexible timing (which won't be always a plus)

      Cons

      Work life balance will be hampered if you are a coding geek and if you aren't then it will be difficult for you to survive. Your extra hours of work(which you will have to do eventually) won't count.

      Silent layoffs, impromptu terminations and layoffs is a thing there. 15-20 employees were sacked one fine day. They had 3 rounds of layoffs. 1st where entire marketing team was sacked, 2nd UI UX and other sales, HR team and 3rd Engineers, Product managers. Won't recommend due to lack of stability. Appraisals, bonus are held off too.
