      Had potential, but could not execute

      Pros

      There were a lot of perks: flexible work environment, catered meals, state of the art office and equipment, fast paced.

      Cons

      There was never a clear vision for the company and ultimately it failed because of that. It had a lot of potential, but things never came fully together.

      A great company working on a not so great product

      Pros

      - 100% Remote work is available for any and all employees. - A positive blend of flex time and high productive environment. - Friendly people. - Startup environment. - Excellent place to get your career going at all levels, a lot to learn and contribute.

      Cons

      - Job security is a real concern good due to the volatile financial nature of a start up. - Almost all top management has resigned at some point including CEO, leaving inexperienced or brand new management to take the reigns. - You are expected to over perform everything without anyone informing you to do so. - Future of the company is completely uncertain. - Product lifetime seems very limited, a ton of innovation is needed.
