      Pros

      Great co-workers and managers that are always friendly and helpful. They work hard in the office, yet are not afraid to have a laugh every now and then, or go out to lunch together. Really good leadership from managers who are genuinely liked and very respected.The company culture is one of the best things about this workplace. Great pay, flexible hours with travel opportunities and career progression. You are always given work that challenges you, but helps you grow and improve your skills.

      Cons

      Commute to and from work is a bit long and tedious, yet this is a personal one that I choose to put up with for all the pros.

      Pros

      - Salary and benefits - Good place to learn new tech

      Cons

      - Suffer a patronizing management who are stuck in the past, refusing to acknowledge their gaps - Retention bonus and notice period are too long - Inexperienced product development head makes it difficult for you if you are an engineer - you are always working with a moving target. - Although engineering wise is a very competent organisation right now, the drain of employees due to management's short-sight is frightening, and they refuse to acknowledge the situation.

      Pros

      Able to work with latest technologies and amazing people. If you are an up and coming hotshot developer this is the place to be. Plenty of oppurtunities to learn new stuff. Fun Working environment. Lots of activities for team building and staff engagement.

      Cons

      Can be a bit fast moving sometimes. You are expected to be independent with little help sometimes.
