The people I work with are very supportive and help you whenever you are stuck. There are many chances to learn new things and move up in your career. It feels like a good community.

Nice office. Some intelligent people there to make casual conversation with.

Cons

Leadership has lost interest post IPO. Product development timelines are too long. Sales people are not qualified to sell. Marketing people have no clude what to do due to confused leaders. R&D and product teams doing what they can with what little they have. HR busy making rangoli and doing fun friday.
