-Great work culture -Understanding Management -Diverse projects. -Paid what they could. IdeaMachine is a great place to get a broad education of all parts of production, from storyboards to animation. We are a freelance factory.

Cons

As the studio is contracted by companies, it does not pay as well as working full-time at those companies.

IdeaMachine was a great place to get a broad education of all parts of production, from storyboards to animation they made you into a freelance factory.

Cons

The management was difficult at time and the pay was inconsistent across teams.
