Pros

I only found out that this Glassdoor site exists because the CEO mentioned the bad iflix recited at an internal stand up session. Thank you !!

Cons

We all know that the CEO reads these comments (classic narcissism) so I want him to know that he doesn’t have a shred of respect left at the company. You speak about being authentic but you are the most phoney person I have met. I have always felt uncomfortable in your presence and I feel sorry for your wife: if she only knew how you speak to and about women when she is not around.

Pros

Salary okay, interesting technology but don't expect ownership

Cons

Overbearing senior leadership. Lack of transparency. People treated like disposable trash No ownership but all the blame, senior managers shouting at staff is not a good look

Pros

You get a pay packet

Cons

Where to start? - The company is run by a couple of legitimate sociopaths who are far removed from any sort of reality. How do they have time to write so many reviews on Glassdoor (the recent reviews are obviously them and our HR team) instead of running the company and fixing all the things that are wrong. - There is zero strategy other than a “suck it and see” strategy. The whole “iflix 2.0 pivot” is a panicked attempt to survive in a world where we are struggling to get subscriptions. - There’s been some suggestions that the bad reviews are down to a few disgruntled ex-employee “bad apples”. I can assure you this is not the case. I’m “on the floor” at iflix and don’t know a single person doesn’t want to find anything job. Everyone is actively looking and miserable. - I could go on but it’s just a waste of my time.
