      Pros

      Company offers great opportunities for employees to learn required knowledge and skill in the industry. The company also layouts detailed and clear career path which really encourages the employees to work more proactively. In general the company working environment is friendly. Culture is quite diversified where you can see talented people from all different ethnic backgrounds and we all get along very well.

      Pros

      Great quality products that help win and retain loyal customers. Strong camaraderie within some departments. Nice perks introduced by HR such as birthday leaves and various events in the office. Professional development opportunities for employees that show the interest and potential.

      Cons

      Too much focus by management on procedures and numbers especially sales calls/visits, as opposed to actual sales results and satisfied customers. The worst issue of late: Crucial people to the organisation being made redundant with little notice, leading to many resignations after that. Management then either decides not to replace them, or is taking a really long time to do so. This led to many employees working unpaid overtime more than ever before, then feeling burnt-out before finally leaving upon receiving better job offers at competitors.
