Be very careful and cautious about what the company says at any stage of the process. I accepted an offer to join and had been told my contract would be issued many times. 3 weeks into my notice period from my current company they decided to pull the offer altogether and left me unemployed. I would think very strongly before joining a business that operates like this. Sly , underhanded and inconsiderate of a candidates situation.

Management have unrealistic expectations and targets that are not achievable. Extra work outside working hours and weekends are not paid. Staff not appreciated for efforts. No healthcare No Christmas bonus Not moving past start up phase.
