-Nepotism -Refusal of increases unless you’re in sales, related or a favourite -Absent leadership team -Harsh managers who micromanage & criticize everyone but themselves -Ruthless finance team who has tension with everyone -People try to embarrass others for their mistakes instead of teaching them how to improve (ridicule over learning) -Lack of development & opportunity -Sexism & misogyny -Claim to have unlimited time off, but managers will restrict your time and try to have you stay to work -Minimal education stipend -Trying to make changes is like pulling teeth -Everything is urgent and you will get penalized for not meeting 15273 unrealistic deadlines all due at the same rime, despite drowning in work -Have to take on tasks from other roles -Lack of communication between teams that leads to issues and errors in work -Several teams are understaffed -Claim to be hybrid/flexible, but force everyone in the GTA to come to the office 3-4 times a week on days managers choose, even if people live over an hour away and were promised wfh opportunities, all while US employees are not required to be in office -Everyone there is miserable and hates their jobs
