      Pros

      Startup (even though it's been around like 7 years now). Good chance for advancement, good chance to travel, if you desire

      Cons

      Pay. You WILL wear many hats, and get paid for only one or two of them. This is a good place for a first job, or a stop between jobs, but a career, probably not. Some managers are great, some are still there in spite of their efforts.

      Nice people, pleasant colleagues for the most part.

      Cons

      Work place noise in the office may it difficult to concentrate, too much tech debt on an antiquated platform and no resources to correct.

      Good For Learning Salesforce

      Very little experience in Salesforce needed. Lots of experience with custom Salesforce Intelligent peers

      Cons

      Learning a lot of system specific info Misguided management that expects 110% at all times Once you become experienced, you quickly outgrow the relatively low entry level wages. Smaller company with corporate employee expectations.
