Pros
There are good people at this company, but they all get shut out by upper management. Upper management is influenced by a bad CEO that allows employees that treat others like crap to be glorified, promoted, and cheered. I wouldn't even consider this place a stepping stone, you're better off not wasting your time here and looking for other opportunities that pay better and treat their employees with respect and dignity.
Cons
Horrible CEO and upper management- Lazy CEO and upper management has milked the company for air miles, expense accounts and give nothing in return to the company. They're insecure of people who come to the company and are high performers. Afraid of losing their own jobs, they typically shut the higher performers and good people out. This company runs on lies and they refuse to be honest with their own employees.
