      Pros

      Hassle free Hiring (cuz, they do not plan.,..anything) Hassle free firing as well.. cuz, no plans again. You will be paid as per your expectations ....cuz , nobody joins them. Cannot think of anything else.

      Cons

      Where to begin... starting from their illegal practice of business to stealing employees of their confidence and career aspirations. This organization boasts of having a high employee friendly framework, whereas they have not even finalized their vision and mission yet. all the work they want to do has a timeline of yesterday and a prior notice of today EOD. Unnecessary pressure , Opposite of employee oriented , compensating monetarily for any issues arising in the system are few traits of this organization.The average tenure of an employee here is less than 3 months. The so called leaders here are FUNNY and immature whereas the expectation for any new joiner is to be the exact opposite. Focus on thrifty way of saving cost rather than building a streamlined system.

      We regret the inconvenience you faced while being at the company. To keep you informed, we have entered into the era of inMorphis 2.0 where all HR & management policies are fresh and employee-centric. We are not the same company that we were in 2017. We had just started then and were learning. Now, we have an attrition rate of less than 5% while in general, the IT industry rate is around 25%. The whole management & leadership of the company is fresh and committed to employee welfare. We are always striving to build a systematic, organised work process that would benefit both our employees and help the company generate greater customer & employee satisfaction.

      Pros

      I worked here for 3 years and no doubt the company and my department has given me enough opportunity and a platform to learn new skills and develop my knowledge while assigning me challenging projects under expert guidance. I had a good experience while working here.

      Cons

      Couldn't find any in three years. I have always seen them working and implementing new plans to improvise things in the office.
