There are many intentional misrepresentations and falsehoods in this review, But, everyone is entitled to their opinion, even bitter ex-employees. It's always difficult for people to accept their own deficiencies and it is really easy to point a finger at others. We wish you the best in your future endeavors.

Pros

My colleague's were fun to work it, management not so much.

Cons

Training consists of 2 days and then you’re your own. Management requests you to do things outside of your job description but paying you for the least paid - including covering onsite when your job is 100% remote. You will be sent onsite to places the management haven’t been to, alone - at my previous job I did 2 weeks of shadowed training by brilliant technicians with each having 20+ years in IT. It is not only extremely unprofessional to learn on the job by teaching yourself it’s also crazy that my first day onsite on my third week at an anonymous company, the board of directors came by and asked me questions, again day one onsite without any training doing service tickets as a help desk remote worker. You are required to create documentation which typically is the job of management at any other job, enterprise or business; however its hard when they have never actually been to physical locations. You can imagine the amount of anxious feelings that ensued. You’re on your own. Do not work here unless you want to get get laid off without warning. I have never been written up once, not once, I have never been late and I was sick a couple of times however I followed company protocol and policy as everyone else did. Anytime things were brought up in the extremely above average annual reviews, I was commended for making said changes per the request of my superiors. The CEO is on vacation every few weeks to months, while I was there they were on at least 5, one included going hunting in an under developed country to hunt large game. Managers, owners and Hr average 5-20 hours worked per week however you are expected to do minimum 40. Lastly, the incompetence cannot be overstated, the 10 year anniversary party was so expensive, the following Monday work day 3 new hires were laid off due to running out of finances. I came in at the end of the pandemic and was pushed into 3 job titles while anyone (management and CEO) who had been with company rotated paid, sabbaticals, which was implemented during my time there. You are on your own, you are not family, you will be let go at anytime once you catch wind of how your hard labor is being exploited by people who are in meeting for 5-20 hours per week.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about our work environment. We strive to provide a positive workplace culture and take your input seriously when shaping company policy. However, your feedback has many falsehoods and misrepresented facts, and we will not respond to each item. We treat our team members like family and pride ourselves on the positive feedback we get from our employees on work-life balance. When it comes to training and support for our staff, each new team member’s training is tracked in a 1-year long project with weekly ticket reviews. Regarding the paid time off, we take pride that the CEO took time off to pursue his dreams and had 4 other team members who took more than 30 days off (paid) to pursue their dreams as well. We understand that we were not a good fit for you, and we wish you the best in your future endeavors.
