Pros
Decent first job, right out of college; healthy introduction to the workforce. People are usually quick to offer their assistance when you need it. Easy to form strong work relationships.
Cons
Inconsistent schedule becomes tiresome and takes a toll on personal life. Lots of micromanaging and monitoring throughout the day; get the feeling of constantly being watched. Over time, felt like there was no where to progress from this position.

Fast paced, eat what you kill office politics. You can make as much or as little money as the effort you put into this job.
Cons
Hard to bend the ear of upper management. Change comes very slow at this company. Not very good inter-office communication
