      A group of bright people

      Pros

      Strong and talented engineering pool. Proud to be part of this team. Free food. Top-notch medical benefit. Fantastic ocean view of the office. The colleagues are easy to get along with.

      Cons

      Projects are not well planned. Work load is very heavy. Very conservative in expansion. Many NRE projects did not realize into steady and healthy revenue. The last project was a disaster in terms of project management: under-staffed, under extreme pressure. Even working 16 hours a day will still not be able to get the job done in time.

      Pros

      WLB is good, but it is because very unorganized structure.

      Cons

      too many things. 1) very unprofessional management (specifically digital team) 2) some technical leaders don't have solid technical background. (even they don't study it.) 3) small company, but very political structure. 4) management does not know the current market value, so TC is much lower than others. 5) really hard structure to hire talented engineers (because TC is not competitive), they are hiring junior engineers and engineers in other countries (Africa, Latin America). so it is really hard to work with them. 6) some managers don't have any insight and future plan. don' waste your time.

      Pros

      Smartest group of engineers I've ever worked with - some real rocket scientists it's a privilege to interact with. Came up with a business model that seems to work well in the market and looks like it could last a long time. Growing fast and profitable. Small team, everyone very involved and friendly. Good social events.

      Cons

      Like any fast-growing company in the semiconductor space, there's too much work and so don't expect an easy ride or take a job here if you're looking to just kick back and not contribute. Projects are customer-driven, so you can end up working on multiple projects. Good for variety but not for developing years of depth in one area.
