Pros
- Great people always willing to help and be supportive. - Interesting work & field.
Cons
- Complete lack of transparency. All the VPs have quit and it's clear there are financial troubles. But, executives continue to say otherwise. No one has any idea if the company will be around in 6 months. - Layoffs are very common. There have been 3 rounds since I joined. - No career progression whatever. - Depending on the time of year, work-life balance can be non-existent. Typical 60+ hour work weeks. -
