      Nepotism, Lowest bidder mentality

      Pros

      - Good for first job if you are fine with minimum wage

      Cons

      - The company is made up of 90% interns because they're the only ones that will stomach the insanely low salaries and high pressure put on them. - Out of the 6 people I regularly worked with, 3 of them were related to the CTO while living out of his house. - Constantly overpromising and underdelivering, the CTO would always call everything AI to the clients, oh that bug is because the AI needs to be tweaked, really he'd tell us to go in and change an if statement in a jumbled mess of backend web code. Total lies.
