The CEO may sign the paychecks, but the real decision-maker in the company is a chubby fat little Pomeranian. This dog enjoys more perks than most employees — priority seating and absolute authority over the CEO’s schedule. Rumor has it, she gets listened to more than the CEO’s own wife. If you want your ideas approved, better make sure the Pomeranian wags in your favor.

Unprofessional Management and Poor Work Culture at Inflooens

1. Extremely rude and unprofessional management. 2. Office was previously run from a remote area, sometimes even a school—far from ideal. 3. Family-run business with heavy family member involvement; little focus on merit or professional growth. 4. Recently, a senior C-level executive was fired in front of the entire team, damaging morale. 5. Very high attrition rates and frequent employee exits. 6. No proper processes or work setups in place. 7. Management is mostly based in the USA and treats the India team as low-cost labor, with little investment in career development.
