5 Day working Good colleagues Very nice office infrastructure

Cons

HR changes the policies as and when needed The seniors are very rude and think that they own the company No respect for employees and suggestions They treat you as garbage after you question their decisions Totally different things are told at the interview time and they ask you to work completely different thing. Its a hire and fire type of company where you can see every month new people joining and existing employees getting either fired or leaving the company due to its bad working environment.
