Company has been through some changes over the past few years. Went from a privately owned company before being bought by a large company. That change and adapting to new policies can be hard for some people. I have worked for a few employers over my career, none are perfect including ingredients plus but it really is one of the best places I’ve worked. There is great talent here and great people. The negative reviews are surprising. I’m sure some are legit, others seem like disgruntled former employees. In my time here, I’ve seen quite a few people leave for a “better opportunity” just to come knocking 6 months later for their job back….Benefits and perks are better than many employers I’ve worked for in the past. Still keeps a small company feel. Don’t get me wrong, it’s hard work. Don’t expect to do nothing and get paid for it. Manufacturing and trucking can be a tough industry. Management has to make tough choices and make the company money, that’s why we’re here. Come in with a team mentality instead of a me mentality and you’ll do fine.

From the top down this company has as very tight knit team atmosphere. I have been driving for a couple of years now and am extremely thankful for the many perks that come with working for a high end outfitter like ingredients PLUS. Especially after hearing stories on the road from other company drivers who feel down and out either because of low pay or feeling as if they are just another number. For any new drivers out there or drivers looking to change it up, I highly recommend checking out this company. So long as you bring a winning mindset and a hunger for miles!
