Great place to work when the office is open. Lots of perks (free gym, free breakfasts, free smoothies, Friday beers, lots of team and company events) and nice people.

The salaries are low. Working from home and not getting any of the usual benefits in the office makes working at innocent just like being at any other company, but badly paid.
