There is no positive aspect in this sinking ship

Cons

Management or so called mismanagement team dont know how to talk to a women , leave alone an employee .No trust on the employees skills what so ever. Worst language heard from a senior ever. The 2 men sit and mock an employees effort and capability .They have a record of females leaving due to the 2 Directors language
