    interfacewerk Response

    January 10, 2019Team Assistant

Hi, this is Sebastian, founder of interfacewerk. Sorry to hear that you felt like a third-grade citizen. That wasn't what we intended at all. Though I can confirm that we do have two levels of involvement in our team: 1) team members and 2) freelancers. As a freelancer, you were definitely missing out on: – Personal development plan including internal trainings and workshops. – Being flown into Munich to participate in all of our team events and trainings. – A desk in a co-working space of your choice (as a remote team member). – Top notch hardware and software equipment. – Full participation in all planning and retro meetings. In any case, thanks for your feedback, we’ll take care to communicate that more clearly to future freelancers to avoid further misunderstandings. Again, sorry for not making that as clear as possible to you from the beginning.
