At Invesp, we hold all team members — especially senior-level hires — to high standards of accountability and delivery. Our meeting structure and time-tracking systems exist to help maintain transparency and ensure projects stay on schedule in a fully remote environment.
As a senior designer, you were expected to take ownership of projects and deliver at a pace consistent with your experience level. Unfortunately, several client concerns and missed timelines required us to reassign projects to maintain client satisfaction — something we never take lightly.
Occasionally, our design team collaborates across UX, UI, and visual tasks. This flexibility is part of working in a multidisciplinary CRO environment, not an indication of misalignment in role or respect.
