Pros

1. Salaries are paid early and consistently. 2. Opportunity to learn some JavaScript fundamentals.

Cons

1. Limited exposure to industry-standard frameworks. 2. The internal framework used isn’t widely adopted outside the company, so the experience doesn’t easily transfer elsewhere. 3. Limited PTO and time-off flexibility. 4. Frequent overtime with no additional compensation.

Pros

None I can think of

Cons

Too many unnecessary meetings and a strict clocking system that tracks every working hour. Assigned tasks outside my role (graphic design instead of UI/UX) and later blamed publicly for outcomes. Management shows little respect for the design team and focuses only on client satisfaction. Poor communication and lack of accountability create a toxic atmosphere

Thank you for sharing your feedback. While I regret that your experience at Invesp wasn’t what you hoped for, I would like to offer some context. At Invesp, we hold all team members — especially senior-level hires — to high standards of accountability and delivery. Our meeting structure and time-tracking systems exist to help maintain transparency and ensure projects stay on schedule in a fully remote environment. As a senior designer, you were expected to take ownership of projects and deliver at a pace consistent with your experience level. Unfortunately, several client concerns and missed timelines required us to reassign projects to maintain client satisfaction — something we never take lightly. Occasionally, our design team collaborates across UX, UI, and visual tasks. This flexibility is part of working in a multidisciplinary CRO environment, not an indication of misalignment in role or respect. I wish you success in your future roles and hope you find an environment that better matches your preferred pace and working style.
