Pros

- Good technology - Reasonable perks - Being in Cambridge

Cons

- Poor management - No direction - Gave up its most valuable asset: the highly qualified Cambridge-grad technologists - Lots of products to handle for a small start-up

Pros

Only if you want to learn and work into small cell domain. As a small company, you definitely get to do actual code unlike companies where you end up writing periphery support code. Pays well.

Cons

Do not look for respect, positive feedback, promotions, good mentors or leaders. There are some people who are good, and you have to be lucky to be in their team. Management communication to employees is not clear and seems like they don't like keeping people informed. Worst part - there is a factor of gender bias here, female employees are not treated equal.

Pros

This is an engineers' company, where you can get your hands on almost any component of today's mobile networks from 2G to 4G. The friendly atmosphere and the free to use coffee machine is another big plus.

Cons

The product or feature you work on might get cancelled due to "sudden" financial problems of the company. The upper management dreams revenue curves which rarely happen.
