Boss left me alone to run business all by myself. HUGE responsibility

Boss was rude, insulting, expected you to work at home and on your days off.....was very Jewish with his money. Quibbled about every cent spent. After 12 years of abuse he just decided to terminate me because I was the "highest paid employee"...
