The reality of some roles may differ significantly from the position presented during the recruitment process. Expectations, KPIs and targets are high, but supporting resources, tools and processes do not always evolve at the same pace. Concerns raised by employees are not always addressed in a meaningful or visible way. Accountability is not always applied consistently across the organisation. Workplace behaviours that negatively impact team culture are not always challenged or addressed. The culture places a strong emphasis on positivity and alignment, which may make it difficult for employees to openly challenge decisions or raise concerns. Frequent changes in direction can create uncertainty and make long-term planning difficult.
