Skilled, experienced employees were laid off to hire overseas workers at a fraction of the pay
Employee feedback was ignored and changes made the job harder, not better
Even the most junior engineers will get regular exposure to the codebase. The company is doing a lot of innovative things with IRAs and the remote-first work culture is very good.
