If a manager doesn’t like you they will make up a story told the CEO and he will fire that person because he has all the managers backs . I do not curse and I definitely did not like the person behind me that dropped F bombs every time she dropped the call or an F bomb when she couldn’t reach somebody or an F bomb when she can figure something out . That was a little disturbing to me but you get used to it . We ended up disagreeing on something and she went ahead and made up a story told the CEO which wasn’t there and had to take her story over mine and I was fired the third day I was there. Supposedly it was something earlier in the day she was already mad about came over to my desk while I was on a call wanted to do it her way while I was already complete basically made a big deal about it and I told her I couldn’t take instructions from her and a client at the same time so she said OK I’m taking my lunch break went straight to the CEO and told him to fire me . So I was fired from a made up story I really hope they look back on their cameras and even if they had audio it would prove she is lying because I did not yell at anybody I raised my voice so she could clearly hear me since she didn’t hear my last three requests to wait until I was done to get to her .

Very noisy 4 Week on call rotation. Strategically understaffed by management. High EMPLOYEE burn out. Cult like atmosphere company model. Unrealistic Individual quarterly goal. (bascially a job to do after your job) Management doesn't give yearly review or pay bumps. To get more money, you have to complete a "Quarterly Goal" No home office stipend, or cell phone stipend. No where to promote from within, to get a new title or more pay.
