I've worked at itrac for a little more than 3 years as a developer. Working with the team has been great and everyone has always been supportive. We have a number of different clients so the work, tasks, and challenges are always interesting and varied. Outside of regular working hours we often have team lunches and get togethers. I've developed many personal relationships with my colleagues and I think management's effort to foster these positive working relationships can be attributed to that.

We all work together for a common goal and I feel as if I am part of the bigger picture and not just another employee like most jobs. They make you feel as if you are part of the company and we all thrive for something bigger and where we see this company in the near future. Great staff, great communication, appreciation does not go unnoticed and sense of accomplishment at the end of each day.
