None, only the fact that the CEO is always traveling from bangalore to chicago, leaving opportunities to find a better job.

Cons

It is a family business, and the owner is a dictator. Yelling is his style, and either you stick to it or you better leave. The company fulfill the ego of the CEO, mr Soni. Once the contract is signed you have sold him your soul. Be advised.

CEO is completely fine with lying to customers about services provided. Customers are paying for products the company didn't even have a team in place to create CEO mistreats employees in a degrading manner Company is disorganized Entire customer support team is located in India and customers complain about dealing with them Commission structure is terrible Benefits are lackluster at best Company doesn't have H.R. department inhouse or outsourced so any disputes are done through CEO.

The office is good. Salary offered is good ( on paper). The hospitality during interview is good.

Cons

Only the above are good. Rest everything about this company is pathetic. Too much of bossism. Role you are hired for and the nature of work allocated has no correlation. The President of the company is ill tempered. The HR are a team of people who know nothing and will avoid any sort of employee concern. The atmosphere is very unfriendly and people outside Bangalore are treated like they have come from other part of the world. Benefits are promised only on paper, but once an employee joins, all the benefits come with a tag.
