Pros
I worked at jBilling for around 1.5 year, It was the best work experience for me. There were a lot of advantages like flexible work hours, yearly vacations, bonuses on completion of tracks, fast growth tracks, very well managed processes, people working from almost all parts of the world, excellent mentoring and learning opportunities and a very good compensation.
Cons
As a remote developer there was a communication gap some times.
