Pros

Great co-workers, good managers for the most part, pretty easy work, you can jump for free, immediate family gets a discount, work potlucks every few months, review after after 3 months.

Cons

Corporate is intimidating, gossipy employees, they watch you on the cameras, general manager has mood swings, work is repetitive, it can get extremely busy, the management gets mad every single time you ask off, CLEANING WINDOWS, management lets people get away with doing absolutely nothing, dating between supervisors and employees allows the employee to basically decide how much work they would like to do every shift which is none.

Pros

cool staff of bouncers and cashiers

Cons

Management takes everything too seriously and doesn't understand that people have life outside of this demeaning job. The supervisors are beyond entitled because of the fifty cents more an hour they get. Management lies and tells almost everyone who works there they're getting a promotion, empty promises. Manage my treats the employees terribly and unless you're one of their few favorites (pretty girl) it will suck to work there. Allow party hosts (mainly pretty girls) to do whatever they want. More than likely you'll become a bouncer which means standing doing nothing for five hours straight then get yelled at by the boss for not telling some kid to stand up on the trampoline after they fell. Ridiculous.
