      Pros

      Some Great People, VP Business Development is great, you Learn a lot because you are thrown into the job right away.

      Cons

      All Male Management, no diversity corporate side, No accountability. If you are reliable and hard working, you pick up everyone's slack. Culture is non-existent. Certain managers exude abusive behaviors. no Career development opportunities. Lots of bickering during meetings.

      The guys you work with on the deck plates, most are great at what they do, and have excellent work ethic.
