      - Lots of opportunity for growth - Diverse company despite small size - Environment that encourages learning - Relaxed culture that doesn't encourage overworking, but instead places an emphasis on work life balance - Lots of very smart people and subject matter experts in each department - Empathetic leadership that cares deeply about employee welling being - Fast growing company - Flexibility with different work/lifestyles as needed - Company has great local reputation in Utah, which provides a plethora of opportunities for networking

      - Occasional unnecessary corporate oversight - Random friction between the operations of offices - Benefits are great if you're single but a little lacking if you have a family with multiple dependents
