It's been a while now since I am working in this company and wanted to share my experience with the fellow job seekers. It's been an amazing experience all over. As much liberality, these people have given to me as an employee is par above anything else that anyone can expect. I've grown up to be more confident, more liberal, have been able to have ownerships for the tasks that I am given and above all I am happy with what I am doing. Although there is a lot which I can speak about the organization but just not to make it boring I would limit myself and enlist a few points that I feel are amazing: -> The management of the company is very supportive and is helpful in all the matters. -> Leave approvals have never been a problem for me -> Work Life balance is amazing -> I get to learn new things and work for clients on niche technologies and projects -> Best workplace, We have a pool table, foosball table and since it's a coworking space, so a lot of influential people working along with us from different parts of the world. -> Team outings and lunch, Yep we eat a lot, Specially when we are together :) -> Amazing CEO and COO as mentors, they are so cool and approachable that helps to have an amazing atmosphere in the office. -> Job Security: Trust me, the company has a lot of clients and indeed a lot of projects from them, The best part is they divide the work properly rather than making a resource overloaded. -> Timings: Totaly flexible, Whenever needed I can take Work From Home and even the office timings are flexible

Had the best interview experience when I came in, It was like joining a long known friend's company. The CEO and COO are really friendly, very passionate about what they do and are always ready to help out with anything. Flexible office timings are a great plus, No feeling of pressure to come in at 8 am in the morning everyday all day ! Personally, I Think this is an all around great point that I am at, in my budding Design career. P.S. The COO even plays pool with you !
