      Essentially everything. My teammates are great, my leadership listens to the ups & downs of each day while providing uplifting support, and I’m grateful to have worked here for nearly 2 years.

      relantionship focused, salary increase based on performance, flexibility to work remotely while in trips, overall healthy management

      Cons

      leck of work structure, just like any other startup, management can favor employees based on personal relationship. Depending on your role, you'll be expected to work outside working hours.

      Communication can lack at times, but that's the nature of a startup. Nothing to be worried about.
