No one will train or guide you how to work here, there are no proper management system, you will have to figure out things in your own ways. Unfortunately you will never figure out anything.
It’s a cosmic level mess here. No one knows what is their actual job.
Blame games, humiliation, overworking etc are routine here.
Egoistic & elitist bosses.( sorry, you guys can do better).
You will have to make yourself available 24X7.
Unnecessary meetings.
Doesn’t care about your well-being.
No dignity.
Eg; They will make designer/engineer waiters during their extravagant product launch parties by asking them to bring ice cubes & stuff but won’t invite him/her even if that person had designed the product.
