      Very bad environment - toxic attitude

      flexible working hours and this is the only pro

      Cons

      - uneducated team leader that doesn't supposed to be a team lead anymore - many of the employees don't come from engineering background and that make very large gap in work understandings - management is very poor and is done by relationships -no learning/career path -very low compensation -no spirit

      - Work with new technologies. - High flexibility with roles. You can explore. technologies outside your role and can switch roles if interested. - Fun and easygoing environment. - Good work/life balance. - Flexible hours, work from home and vacations.
