Good Working environment. Helpful seniors. Salary on time

Dirty office politics Some managers are bad Management not upto mark No job security Clients pulling away projects from them. Created a new company for switching from service to product and put maximum resources into it from this organisation but product not working in market, nobody willing to invest in it.
