Pros

If you are a foreigner with an H1B Visa you are a shoe-in and will not be terminated.

Cons

Management is terrified of the COO and Board, so they simply parrot everything that they are told. Bottom line: Zero leadership! Senior C-level team has NO mobile background whatsoever. This company was acquired as cannon fodder for the PE firm that owns it. All legacy employees with high salaries were cut loose to make room for the mediocre and lower wage cronies of management. Avoid this organization at all costs!

Pros

Good location in Downtown Los Angeles across from the Staple Center, stocked kitchen, coworkers are nice, flexible work life balance.

Cons

Upper management is stingy and clueless on how tech companies operate. There is zero room for growth. Raises are non-existent. Extremely disorganized and lack of direction. Most of the important employees have left the company due to the oblivious upper management. And they have not done a single thing to retain the remaining employees. They have no idea how bad of a position they are in. I left for a different company and now I am being better compensated, the vibe is much better and my work life has improved noticeably.

Pros

Flexible work schedules, good location and a few dedicated, committed people. Average benefits and compensation for the Atlanta market.

Cons

The lions share of work is done by very few overworked and underpaid people while others coast along making requests, demands, commitments of other teams/persons time while not contributing to the work themselves. There are a number of persons whose only contribution is to create a toxic atmosphere in the office. When the toxic persons and inequities in work load are brought to management the feedback is met with outright hostility. There is a lack of vision and focus from upper management which is trying to be all things to all people and compete with much larger, more well funded and established organizations.

Following our acquisition by GSO Capital Partners, a division of Blackstone in Dec 2013; 2014 has very much been a year of transition, consolidation and refocus to reposition us as a fully aligned global organisation to meet and beat the growth targets and new technological advances we are using as key strategic drivers. As with all change plans, there are elements which take longer than others and as we see our culture shift occurring there will inevitably be challenges for some teams or individual employees. However with the strength of the company leadership and the quality of the talent we have attracted into the business this year, all coupled with our strong financial position and highly tangible growth targets we are very confident we will further progress our position as a market leader in all our key verticals and geographies through 2015 and into 2016.
