Pros

There are free snacks. Casual attire and it's "fun" sometimes. The office looks cool but isn't practical. It is a good job out of high school but if you went to college then you can do better.

Cons

They will hire just about anyone. The pay is terrible, anything the company gives you is taxed and they don't give raises. Seems like employees get pay cuts whenever the CEO wants to buy a new toy. Empty promises. There is no growth potential here. Poor company culture, toxic work environment, long work hours, short lunch breaks. It's a very noisy work environment with screaming babies distracting employees.

As a current employee, I am disappointed to read your review and am sorry to hear you are not currently enjoying your position at mHelpDesk. We have a very competitive compensation structure that rewards you when you hit your quota. That's the nature of sales. As you are aware, we recently increased the base salary on sales and transitioned the commission structure to put more money in your pocket. We continue to work hard to create opportunities for all our employees. Many employees have been promoted or have transitioned into new and exciting roles within a short amount of time. I appreciate your opinion regarding the culture. What I would like you to know is that every employee has the opportunity to influence the culture at mHelpDesk because we are a fast growing company. If you have any recommendations on how we can improve the work environment to benefit you and other employees, I encourage you to share these ideas with your manager or myself. - Vincent Wong, CEO

Pros

Snacks, coffee and tea and large windows

Cons

*Low pay *Little appreciation *Poor Management *Very noisy and chaotic environment. *Constant computer issues and technology issues. *Long hours expected to meet tough goals and unattainable goals. *Only certain people get written up, held to standards, or promoted. *Empty promises *No growth potential *Young and immature staff and the more brown nosing and more insincere the more you will be part of the culture here. *Promotions are only for certain members who get in good with management and brown nose. *Baby central - babies and strollers coming and going while the lounge has become a daycare service. *Departments are not a team and do not work with each other. *Place has a revolving door and they are constantly hiring to make up for the people that are looking or moments away from leaving.

This is a difficult review to read. We are working on building a world class company, and take the happiness and satisfaction of our team very seriously. Hopefully these things have been discussed directly with your manager or HR so they can be explored and addressed. We are fortunate that the business is scaling, and with that comes a lot of opportunities for some within the business. Like every business, we have roles that are the perfect opportunity for the right people, but are not a fit for everyone. We're committed to building a great company, which relies on have engaged, top notch employees and a great product. We're not 100% there yet, but we're working really hard to get there as quickly as possible. - Vincent Wong, CEO
