      Nothing ... Do not ever think to join such indian based so called start up ...The company owner is full mental ...none of the senior leadership team like to work with him ...i have seen head of HR, CFO , and others who directly report to CEO left in less than a year .

      Cons

      Every thing ...salary 90% will get on time but lot of deductions ...Strict timings ...They treat you very unprofessionally .....Unachievable targets, System is always slow...

      There are literally no pros. only cons. In every single field this company is miserable, starting from decisions taken by HRs, managers and C class employees as well.

      Cons

      If you're based out of Kolkata, you'll feel your salary is good but actually it's nothing compared to the real market. Also you don't get hikes, never xD You get salary corrections when you want to leave They also don't let you leave unless they benefit from it. They won't give you release papers as well It's a death trap my friends. An exploiters cave
