Pros

Nothing that comes on mind for now

Cons

1. Nothing is driven by India's higher management now. They don't make decisions now. Line managers are held responsible for the decisions that management takes sitting in head office. Discriminations are done on the name of the grade system in the company. Where shall we go and raise our concerns? No one to listen to it. We are not labourers please understand this. 2. We had the best HR but we lost her due to internal politics. She was the heart and soul of India office. She was the most genuine person in the company who was always there for everyone and now that she has gone from here many things are disturbing. 3. Lack of interesting work and its is so disappointing. There is no pipeline of good work though they claim they have. New processes are introduced every few months and we are tired of accepting it. 4. Most annoying tool is used for internal performance. No use of giving any genuine feedbacks anyways. 5. About our own leaves we cannot decide anything. Resourcing team takes their decisions without the consent of employees. We are forced to cancel leaves due to resourcing team. 6. We are asked by seniors to give praises to them. We do all the hard work and praises they want to take it. If we are helping you, you should acknowledge our work, not our duty to keep giving you fake praises. 7. People who work for 12-15 hours are recognized and praised and what about people who work efficiently within 8-9 hours of job. Only people who show off their fake long working hours are recognised in this company. So demotivating. learn to see the difference between efficiency and fakeness. I would not recommend any friends of mine now because this company's values are no longer the same.

Pros

1.If you are a beginner in salesforce, its a good company. 2.MS management is quite fair, supportive towards their team. 3.Work from home in Covid. They do not force you to come to office.

Cons

-Lowest pay givers in the market currently. -Management act like puppets. They say openly they do not have any decision making power. -Management promises great numbers in compensation and actual number is far away from reality. Why make false promises then? Only option left is to look for another job. There is no excitement nor interesting work. I am looking for options alongside but before I go I wanted to share my experience regarding the poor management here so that they understand why people are wanting to leave them.
