- Following meQ's acquisition by private equity firm Bow River Capital, deep layoffs across all departments and leadership replacements have eliminated key talent and left the workplace culture a dry husk of its former glory. "Get in line or you're next" attitude. - No 401k match

Pros

There are incredible people across all the departments. People that really believed in the mission to deliver a quality product that helped mental health, but that's being erased one by one.

Cons

After the acquisition by private equity, things are falling apart rapidly. Organization structure is blown up in an effort to keep costs down without thinking about the ramifications of losing those key individuals. Transparency is only given to the new private equity folks. Hope is gone and the vision of the company is murky at best.
