      Upper management does not care

      Pros

      Benefits are still ok but now you have to pay for insurance for it to be any good. Most people are friendly

      Cons

      Stressful Upper management is disorganized Software and website updates are not tested causing customers to call in. Nothing is said to representatives about product restock or release until it happens. Company is running out of excuses to give customers at this point for alot of things.

      Some of the peo people are nice.

      Cons

      The entire time I worked there I Felt like I was compromising my morals. The number of times they asked us to lie by omission or not tell customer stuffwhat's amazing. IWas very glad to get out of that place
