Your job is to facilitate the communication between the overseas team and medQ clients during the process of software deployment on their system.
Most of them clients are unhappy, therefore, not all of them pay their fees. Your job security depends on you being able to handle being yelled at by the clients and/or the management.
In the US team, no one is tech savvy, so, don't worry, you have to acquire real technical skills.
You can't really do anything on the engineering side. Most of the time the Romanian team gets to do the technical work. They complain a lot and try to pin their faults on you, even when it comes to simple tasks.
Keep in mind that the skills that you (won't) get from doing this job won't help you very much at getting a better one.
Think twice before coming here. Don't stay long.
