Pros
Great culture and environment- the majority are social and friendly and you can be yourself. Most people are passionate about helping others reflected in the Charity and DEI work done. Collaborative and supportive but also done in a way where it is less hierarchical than other companies tend to be. More exposure compared to larger companies Great benefits and they look after staff
Cons
There are a couple of people that can be difficult to work with - but you get that in every company and generally the behaviours are dealt with very well by HR. The move to 3 days a week in the office- but coming in can feel like a treat and necessary in some roles. I tend to get more done when wfh.
